Dr. Olga Petryna is an Attending Rheumatologist at Scarsdale Medical Group. Dr Petryna is Board-Certified in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology and is a Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology.

After graduating with honors from the Ivano-Frankivsk Medical Academy and completing her Internal Medicine residency at Lincoln Medical Center, Dr Petryna was accepted for Rheumatology fellowship training at Columbia University and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. After graduation, she was recruited as an Instructor of Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical School before becoming an Attending Rheumatologist at NYU Langone Health and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at NYU Grossman School of Medicine.

Dr. Petryna is an accomplished clinical rheumatologist and researcher who has held several positions in prestigious academic centers. Her clinical interests include the immunologic basis of rheumatic diseases and the application of state-of-the-art therapeutics in autoimmune and auto-inflammatory conditions. She has been invited to present her research at many major national and international meetings and has published several research articles and textbook chapters in Rheumatology. Dr. Petryna has been named “Best Doctor" by New York Magazine and a “Super Doctor" by The New York Times Magazine.
